This page will define the DisplayName and Description data entries. Both will have a handle id, or hid, and a version number. These will be referenced directly in the Localization file.
This hid will refer to the name that will display in the tooltip.
Example: data "DisplayName" "h95ec602eg6ae5g48ebg9fefge3d164860911;2"
This is the same format and purpose as the Display Name section, used to show a brief description of the spell in the tooltip.
Example: data "Description" "h3eb67ecegab30g4ce5g9f9fg1686128828b0;4"
